- 1 cup beef jerky
- 2 cups red grapes organic
- 1/2 cup multigrain crackers Crunch Masters
- 4 slices fresh mozzarella
- 1 peach local or organic
- 1/2 cup pistachios salted and roasted
Place beef jerky and pistachios in separate small bowls at opposite ends of the serving platter.
Rinse grapes, dry with a kitchen towel, divide into 2 bunches, and position by the jerky and pistachios.
Add crackers in groups of 4 or 5 onto the platter.
Slice mozzarella into 4 slices, then halve each slice to make 8 small slices. Add them in groups of 3 to the board.
Rinse the peach, cut in half, remove the pit, and slice both halves vertically into small slices. Fan them out in 2 areas on the platter.
Place tongs and small serving plates next to the board.
