Feta Naan Pizzas (Sourdough or Regular)

Molly LaFontaine
My mom inspired my feta naan pizza recipe! She’s the one who came up with this idea when my brother and I were little. So I wanted to make my own version that tastes like home! You can use a homemade sourdough naan or a regular one from the store for this recipe. It’s got fresh feta cheese, olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt, and I like to add a drizzle of balsamic vinegar. I hope you love it as much as I do! P.S. This is a no-measure recipe.

Ingredients

  • naan breads (any size, sourdough or regular)
  • olive oil
  • garlic powder
  • sea salt
  • block of Feta cheese
  • OPTIONAL - Balsamic vinegar
  • OPTIONAL - Dried parsley

Instructions

  • NOTE: This is a no measure recipe! Make as much as you’d like and add as much or as little of ingredients as you’d like!
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet pan with parchment paper.
  • Place mini naans on the sheet pan so they aren’t touching (or 2 if you’re doing more than 2-3).
  • Brush each lightly with olive oil then sprinkle each with a little garlic powder and sea salt.
  • Break feta cheese up with your hands and add crumbles on top of naans. Do as little or as much as you’d like!
  • Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 14-16 minutes until cheese is turning slightly golden brown in spots.
  • Take out of oven and drizzle with a little balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of dried parsley if desired. Enjoy!
