Homemade Honey Watermelon Sorbet

Molly LaFontaine
This homemade honey watermelon sorbet is the perfect summer dessert! It's made from scratch with 3 wholesome ingredients: fresh watermelon, raw honey, and sea salt. The sea salt brings out the fresh watermelon taste and complements the honey perfectly. You can make it with or without an ice cream maker; the freezer works just fine! It's the perfect hot-day dessert or a midday treat!

TIPS FOR SMOOTHER TEXTURE
If you want a smoother texture use an ice cream machine. But if you don't have an ice cream machine, you can add 1-2 tsp of lemon or lime juice and/or a little more honey to help create a smoother texture.
