Sourdough Bread(use what you have amount doesn't matter)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Then cut your bread into 1-2 inch cubes and place them on a baking sheet. No parchment necessary.
Bake for 10-20 minutes until bread is all dried out.
Let cool on the pan for 10 minutes.
Place dried bread into a food processor or blender and blend on high until all bread has turned into crumbs.
Pour into a glass storage container and store in the freezer for 6-12 months.

Food Processor - pulse only to prevent bread crumbs turning into dustTexture - If you like your bread crumbs larger, pulse less. If you like them small and tiny pulse more.
