Instructions
First, make the fruit topping for your parfait by adding the frozen strawberries, honey, and juice from 1 orange to a food processor or blender. Begin blending this mixture until it has a smooth frozen consistency like ice cream. If you're having a hard time getting this consistency, add a few tablespoons of water.
