Sourdough Garlic Bread

I love pairing homemade sourdough garlic bread with bowls of creamy soup, pasta dishes, and even roasted chicken. If you love garlic, you'll love this easy recipe. It takes a total of 10 minutes to toast the bread and whip up the garlic butter. It's the perfect side if you're in a rush!

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices of sourdough bread or any bread
  • 2 Tbsp butter salted
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp dried parsley
  • optional 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees (or use a toaster oven).
  • Once it's preheated, place bread slices on a sheet pan and bake for 6-8 minutes until toasted (if using a toaster oven do less time).
  • Meanwhile, melt butter and place it in a small bowl.
  • Add in garlic, parsley, and salt (optional) and mix with a spoon.
  • When the bread is toasted, use a knife or silicon basting brush to spread garlic butter on each slice and enjoy!
