Sweet Pepper Chicken Sheet Pan Dinner

Molly LaFontaine
When I'm running low on time, I love making this sweet pepper chicken sheet pan dinner. It makes prioritizing a wholesome home-cooked meal possible on nights when the to-do list is long. You can prep this meal, pop it in the oven, and go about your evening while it cooks. What's better than that?!
