This watermelon lemonade is made from scratch with simple, wholesome ingredients. No artificial dyes or concentrates, just watermelon, lemons, pure cane sugar, and water! It's an iced drink you'll crave when the weather gets hot. The best part is you can whip it up in minutes! I hope this drink finds a special place in your fridge every summer, like it has in ours!
Squeeze the juice out of both lemons into a pitcher. Either add a strainer on top or remove the seeds while juicing.
Add cane sugar to the pitcher and stir until dissolved in lemon juice.
Slice your watermelon into medium-sized cubes or scoop the fruit with a spoon.
Add watermelon to a blender and blend for 30-40 seconds until smooth.
Strain watermelon juice into the pitcher (this is optional but highly recommended).
Add water to the pitcher and stir to combine. Serve over ice and enjoy!
