Molly’s Tips for Making this Recipe
- For a deeper flavor, let the chicken bites marinate in the oil, seasoning mix for 2-4 hours in the fridge before cooking.
- Cook chicken bites on lower heat. Don’t get tempted to turn up the grill so the chicken will cook faster. This will dry it out.
- For juicy chicken, don’t skip the oil. If you can’t have avocado or olive oil, please skip it. But if you can, make sure you add it in. The results are so good!
- Use clean tongs at the end. When you’ve cooked the chicken, use a clean set of tongs to remove and serve them. This prevents any raw chicken contamination on your food.
