Garlic Butter From Scratch

This homemade garlic butter is perfect for dipping pizza crust, spreading on toast for homemade garlic bread, and even mixing it into recipes.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Tbsp butter (grass-fed is best, unsalted or salted)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • optional - 1/8 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Either let butter sit out on the counter for 30 minutes until softened or soften in a pan over low heat on the stovetop (don't let it melt).
  • Once butter is softened, stir in garlic powder and salt and enjoy!
