  • 2 Tbsp butter (grass-fed is best, unsalted or salted)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • optional – 1/8 tsp sea salt

  1. Either let butter sit out on the counter for 30 minutes until softened or soften in a pan over low heat on the stovetop (don’t let it melt).
  2. Once butter is softened, stir in garlic powder and salt and enjoy!
