Garlic Parmesan Popcorn

This garlic parmesan popcorn is the easiest from scratch snack. The garlic butter pairs perfectly with freshly grated parmesan. It's quickly become a favorite in our house, especially on movie night. I'm sure it will do the same for you!

- 1/3 cup popcorn kernels (organic is best)
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 4 Tbsp butter (grass-fed is best, salted or unsalted)
- 1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese
Pop the popcorn kernels, preferably in an air popper, into a large bowl.
While this is popping, melt butter in a pan over medium heat on the stovetop.
Add garlic and salt to the melted butter and mix to combine.
Sprinkle shredded parmesan over popped popcorn and add in the garlic butter mixture.
Stir to combine and enjoy!
