Homemade Everything Bagel Seasoning

My homemade everything bagel seasoning takes only 2 minutes to make! It's made with garlic and onion powder rather than dried garlic and onion flakes. I wanted it to be easy to whip up with spices you probably already have in your kitchen. My favorite way to use this seasoning is on top of sourdough bagels. I hope it replaces the store-bought seasoning in your home like it has in ours!

Servings 1 ounce (about half of a small spice jar)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tsp garlic powder (salt-free)
  • 2 tsp onion powder (salt-free)
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 3 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp poppy seeds

Instructions
 

  • Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl until evenly distributed.
  • Store in an airtight container or jar, preferably glass, at room temperature for 6 months up to 1 year.
