Sparkling Holiday Punch (Non-Alcoholic)
My sparkling non alcoholic holiday punch is made with 4 wholesome ingredients: pure pomegranate juice, fresh oranges, sparkling mineral water, and honey. No soft drinks needed! I love having a fizzy drink on our holiday table, especially one that tastes so refreshing. I hope this punch finds a special place on your holiday menu, whether it's for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Easter!
Ingredients
- 4 large navel oranges (organic is best)
- 3 cups (24 oz) pomegranate juice (pure unsweetened, I like POM Wonderful or RW Knudsen)
- 3 cups (24 oz) sparkling mineral water (like S. Pellegrino)
- 1/4 cup raw honey
Instructions
- Rinse and pat oranges dry with kitchen towel. Cut each orange in half and squeeze juice into a fine mesh strainer over a punch bowl or pitcher.
- Repeat until all oranges are juiced. Press pulp into strainer to get as much juice out as possible. Discard pulp. You should have 1 1/2 cups of orange juice.
- Add pomegranate juice and honey to punch bowl or pitcher. Stir until honey is completely dissolved.
- OPTIONAL: You can continue the recipe or refrigerate punch mixture for up to 2 days before adding sparkling water.
- Right before serving, add sparkling water to punch bowl or pitcher. Stir just until combined.
- Add a few slices of orange to the pitcher if desired. Best when served right away with ice. Enjoy!
