Limitations of Liability
While we at Plum Branch Home (Molly LaFontaine) strive to provide the best service possible, we are not liable for certain types of claims or damages, except where required by law. Specifically, we do not accept liability for:
Damages: We will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from errors in our product or service. However, we will take responsibility for any direct (done by Plum Branch Home, not any done by third parties) damages caused by our negligence or failure to meet agreed-upon terms.
Breach of Contract: In cases where we fail to deliver services or products as agreed, our liability will be limited to the amount paid for those services or products.
Negligence: We are not liable for damages arising from minor negligence, but we will assume responsibility for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct (done by Plum Branch Home, not any done by third parties).
Service Outages: We make no guarantee of uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for any damages caused by service outages or downtime, unless otherwise agreed upon in a service level agreement (SLA).
