FAQs

Does Texas Roadhouse butter need to be refrigerated?

I recommend it. You can leave it sit out for the day if you have guests over or you’re at a party/potluck, but otherwise, store it in the fridge.

How long will cinnamon honey butter last?

It’ll last about 2-3 weeks in the fridge when stored in an airtight container.

What is Texas Roadhouse butter made of?

It’s made of butter, honey, cinnamon, powdered sugar, and salt. But my recipe adds in 1/4 tsp of pure vanilla extract to enhance the flavors.

Can I leave out the powdered sugar? Why is it in here?

Yes, you can. Just know the consistency will be slightly different, but that’s fine. It’s included in this recipe because that’s how Texas Roadhouse gets the fluffy texture and flavor.

How can I make this less sweet?

You can reduce the amount of honey and powdered sugar to make it less sweet.

What Do You Eat Cinnamon Honey Butter With?

You can eat cinnamon honey butter with a lot of things! My favorite is spread on toasted sourdough artisan bread or my sourdough Texas Roadhouse rolls. But here’s a few other ideas:
