Most fall mixes are full of candy corn, M&M’s, Bugles, and Chex Mix which not only cost a lot but don’t fill you up. That’s why I developed my own unique fall snack mix full of delicious wholesome ingredients.

The air-popped popcorn gives you fiber, pumpkin seeds and pistachios give you good fats, chocolate chips add a sweet touch, and smoked paprika adds nutrients with a kick.

Sweet and Salty Fall Snack Mix Ingredients

  • 10 cups air-popped popcorn or 1/3 cup kernels (unsalted/unbuttered)
  • 1/2 cup raw unsalted pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup shelled pistachios (roasted/salted are fine)
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
  • 3 Tbsp butter

How to Make a Fall Snack Mix (No Bake)

  1. Begin by using an air popper to pop kernels into a large bowl. If you have pre-popped kernels, simply place them in the bowl.
  2. Next, melt the butter and drizzle it over popcorn. Then, sprinkle in the salt and smoked paprika, and toss together until well mixed.
  3. If your pistachios still have shells, remove them. Then, use a knife to chop the pistachios into large chunks.
  4. Add the chopped, shelled pistachios, pumpkin seeds, and chocolate chips into the same bowl.
  5. Finally, use a large spoon to stir everything together until it’s all combined, and enjoy!
