Can I use Hawaiian Rolls for the buns?

Sure! I highly recommend making homemade Hawaiian rolls with sourdough at home. They're the best!

Instead of mayonnaise, can I do ketchup and mustard?

Yes! You're more than welcome to swap out the mayo for ketchup and mustard.

Do you need to serve a side with these sliders?

I recommend it if you're serving more than 1 person. They're pretty good-sized for sliders, but I don't get full from just 1 without a side. I recommend homemade mac and cheese , mashed potatoes , or a salad to go with them.
