I’ve never been a broccoli eater. I used to hate it growing up. That all changed when I learned how to cook with it. You won’t find raw broccoli in our house for dipping or huge chunks in dishes. But you will find it chopped up and added into dishes like this stir fry recipe.

Recipe Inspiration

I’m always finding new ways to incorporate a variety of vegetables into our meals but in a delicious way. I don’t believe in forcing yourself or someone else to eat something just because it’s healthy. I also don’t believe healthy foods like vegetables have to taste bad. That’s how this recipe was born.

When my husband took his first bite, he looked at me and said, “this is amazing, I can’t believe I’m eating all that broccoli and enjoying it!” The best thing is it’s not coated in an unhealthy sauce like most recipes. This sauce complements the flavor with natural ingredients.
